Refund Policy

Because Shortlisted offers a free tailored application before any purchase, we want you to know what you're getting before you pay.

Basic and Pro

If you've used 3 or fewer tailored applications and request a refund within 14 days of your first charge, we'll issue a full refund — no explanation needed.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions only. Renewals and accounts that have exceeded the usage threshold are not eligible.

How to request a refund

Email support@get-shortlisted.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request” and your order or receipt number.

We'll confirm within 1 business day and process within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
